How it all started
After Studying Biomedical Engineering and working on multiple data science projects in the healthcare industry, i was working for a large wholesaler business when I started writing technical blogs on Medium.com
Throughout my content, my first client reached out to me and asked me to help with their business to develop machine learning solutions tailored to their use case. Then I thought to my self
Hey, that's fun!
I was able to work on the side, manage both my full time and part time consulting and meeting great people at the same time!!
After that other customers started reaching out to me for consultation or full end to end machine learning solutions and I thought to myself maybe I should do this more often.
Since most of my previous customers were in the healthcare industry, my passion for healthcare solution and startup environments was reignited and i wanted to specialize in healthcare datascience solutions.
Current Status
I started freelancing in the evenings. It soon became evening hours as well as weekends.
I now help a handful number of ambitious companies get the most out of data science.
In addition to the operational work I do for my clients, I write data science content and am the host of data science podcast (Data Tales).
I also provide customized 1-on-1 coaching sessions and teach other data scientists how to do consulting on the side or as a full time business.
Future Vision
Working as a solo entrepreneur is a lonesome place and very challenging one
While i am testing the waters of the world of data consulting, my bigger vision is to start a consultancy company specialized in startups and mid-size companies and have a team of specialized individuals tacking all the data problems that is facing these companies
